Here it is, the generic “About Me” page. Some how I am supposed to give an accurate a synopsis of who I am and what I’m about in a cute, tidy little paragraph with plenty of snark or a heaping dose of charm.
Well. I’m married, a mom of two, husband is active duty so we move a lot, I love to read, and paint, and write, blabbity blah. I’m ADHD (which is probably one of the reasons I hate writing these pages, they’re so boring) and I’m sipping the “clean eating” Koolaid. This blog is basically a snapshot of my “journey” (oh the clichés…) and a way to keep myself accountable to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Yeah, I think a healthy lifestyle is important-ok pretty much crucial-for living a fulfilling life. And by healthy I mean physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This blog will track mostly the physical stuff-recipes, workouts, progress reports, challenges, etc., but it is impossible to separate the physical from everything else so there will be some overlap.
So, welcome! I have a lot of work to do on this blog and I hope you stick around. 🙂
